Service Agreement

General

We provide regular housekeeping services, including cleaning and ironing, tailored to your requirements.

Operating Days and Hours

Our operating hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Saturday. We do not operate on Sundays and public holidays. However, service may be available on public holidays if cleaners are available, with a surcharge of $30 per trip.

Cancellation of Service

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a full payment charge.

Payment

Invoices are sent at the start of the following month. Full payment is required within 7 working days of the invoice date. Failure to pay on time may result in an immediate suspension of services without prior notice.

Limited Liability

However, should the damage to your property be due to our negligence or otherwise, our liability to your property costing $500 or less shall not exceed $100 per article of clothing, item or property.

In the event of property damage amounting to above $500, we will consult our insurer for resolution.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide access to your premises at scheduled times, with someone present if necessary.

  • Supply necessary equipment and detergents.

  • You are to take all reasonable precautions to protect your valuables and properties from theft and damage at all times when our staff is at your premises to carry out their work.

  • All our staff is insured against death and injuries; however, it is your responsibility not to unreasonably expose them to dangers.

Contract and Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 1 month’s written notice or payment equivalent to 1 month’s service rate in lieu of notice.

Cleaning Specifications

Regularly (On Each Visit)

  • Sweep, vacuum, and damp mop floors.

  • Clean bathrooms, toilets, washbasins, shower rooms, and bathtubs.

  • Wipe down glass surfaces and mirrors.

  • Dispose of litter.

  • Dust/wipe accessible surfaces, furniture, pictures, kitchen cabinets, and appliances.

  • Wash, dry, and store cutlery and utensils.

  • Clean and tidy all rooms.

  • Make the bed and change bed linen (please provide fresh linen).

  • Iron and fold up to 8 pieces of clothing (excluding bed linen).

Periodically (When You Are Out of Town)

  • Wipe oven, microwave, cooker hob, and cooker hood with approved grease remover.

  • Clean the refrigerator.

  • Wipe windowsills, grills, and accessible window panes.

  • Polish/wipe doors.

  • Clean the interior of kitchen cabinets and drawers.

  • Wipe fans and light switches.

  • Tidy and clean shoe cabinets.

When carrying out our services, we are not responsible for moving heavy or bulky furniture or appliances, nor for cleaning areas not accessible by hand.
